The following general rules were agreed by the Panel on 29th March 2012:
1 Groups/individuals who operate or live in Whalley Range and whose proposals would benefit residents and deliverable in Whalley Range will be considered.
2 Panel members must declare their interest if they are involved in any project to be considered.
3 Such members will not be involved in the relevant discussions.
4 Groups/individuals can not re-apply for similar project.
5 All applications forwarded to members must be treated as confidential documents.
