The Whalley Range Community First Panel has recommended a total of 26 projects to the CDF to date. And every project received funding – which has given hundreds of Whalley Range residents the opportunity to participate in a diverse range of activities!

- Community On Solid Ground: Inspiring Change young people’s mentoring project
- Wellbeing @ JNR8: Positivity and employability course for women – and one-to-one positivity/employability coaching for men and women in the Whalley Range area
- Alexandra Arts: Wonderment: An Alexandra Arts Community Arts festival set in Alexandra Park
- Movers & Shakers Women’s Keep Fit: Keep Fit classes for women in the Whalley Range area
- Community on Solid Ground:Whalley Range Health & Multi Sports Programme
- Whalley Range Community Forum: Spread the News – a community publication to inform isolated residents about local services
- Whalley Range Youth Opportunities Association: Work Club for 16-26 year olds
- Women’s ESOL Class: Basic English classes for women in the Whalley Range area
- Whalley Range ABC @ Tangmere: Access to Basic Computing for older residents
- Trafalgar Court Group: Seated Zumba classes for residents with reduced mobility And the latest successfully funded projects are:
- Alexandra Road South Scout Hut Improvements for 123rd Manchester Scouts group,
- Gardening/cookery equipment for food growing/cookery sessions at St Margaret’s Centre,
- YoSG young sporting leaders for ages 7-19,
- Happy Cats Playgroup new outdoor/indoor play equipment,
- Migrant Supporting Migrants: funding for English Conversation Club for speakers of other languages to practice English speaking in an informal group
